  The conception of Digital age:

The conception of Digital Age PCS is actually a good story. About 15 years ago or so I was working for one of the big three auto makers, and pretty much on a daily basis I was getting asked for tech support questions from all over the building (keep in mind I had already had about 10 yrs experience on the PC). Now mind you this was not just work related but home / personal questions as well and one day a comment was made to me by my supervisor about how it was getting out of hand, now I don't remember my exact response but I do believe it went like so; 'I am sorry! It wasn't because I was soliciting all the questions or even getting paid for it. Its just with the internet being so new and the computers having changed so much, people are having problems understanding the internet and equipment, since I have extensive training in these areas I have become the go to guy I guess. We are living in a new time, its the Digital Age and the age of the internet....' And out of that conversation was born my company name. Now my supervisor was right by the way, the questions, advice and repair work just kept coming. So I was in effect doing more and more favors for fellow employees and their friends and their friends on and on. (lots of dinners were involved... lol) Even the company was wanting me to do work for them on my off time to help out, I was trouble shooting the ever evolving new equipment that was coming in. So in 1999 Digital Age became Digital Age LLC. Working exclusively by myself for a few years (and after my normal work hours of my day job) it just became too much, it was becoming more than a hobby or a past time. So I had asked my best friend John F. to be my partner and he agreed. Well things were going very good we were looking to get our first store in a few years and out of the blue John died of a sudden heart attack at the age of 40. It was a big blow, and I wasn't sure what was going to happen to the company, with probate court now involved. It was a mess, but more important, John was more like family to me! I had known him for almost 13 years at that point. Together, with his support and friendship, we developed an outstanding track record of reliable service, he played a big role in the company and is very much missed. Never really meaning for things to get as big as they did, I thought this business would be a labor of love and give me something to do when I wasn't working in the auto world! Who knew? But thankfully it is still a labor of love because technology has become a big part of my life.

I would like to dedicate this website and new beginning to my departed best friend John F. Who I know loved working on computers as much as I do, and would want me to continue the work. Rest in peace John!

The Redesigned website

Our website like many, went through many phases of transition. And to be completely honest, because of health reasons. I had let it go for the past few years.
Well guess what, I am back and putting more focus on the company goals. And having lots of fun doing it! So here it is redone 02.10.2008. The newest edition to the company http://digitalagepcs.biz
I hope this site serves my clients well and gives potential clients an interest in giving us a try.
